Employees who work at least thirty (30) hours per week are eligible for medical coverage 1st of the month following 60 days.
HRA
Bellavance Trucking provides a Health Reimbursement Account through Choice Strategies which works directly with your group medical policy. Bellavance will fund $1,000 for an individual contract, and $2,000 for a double/family contract. An additional $3,750 will be made available after the individual has satisfied their shared responsibility of $2,000. For double/family contracts its an additional $7,500 after they have satisfied their responsibility of $4,000 in charges.

Dental Plan
We provide our employees with a dental reimbursement plan. This plan is provided to every employee at no cost once you have met your eligibility period.

Student Loan Assistance
Eligibility
In order to participate in the plan, you must satisfy certain age and service conditions under the plan:

Student Loan Assistance
The Bellavance tuition assistance program is designed to help Bellavance employees pay back student loan debt and improve their financial well-being.
Utilizing Bellavance’s relationship with The Richards Group, consultation services provided through GradFin are provided free of charge. GradFin is a new employee benefit program that is revolutionizing the way employees can reduce their student loan debt.
GradFIN will:

- Offer a competitive interest rate reduction when you refinance your loans.
